Indusfood 2026 to showcase India’s growing leadership in global food trade

The 9th edition of Indusfood 2026, India’s flagship global food and beverage sourcing exhibition, will be held from 8-10 January 2026 at the India Expo Centre & Mart, Greater Noida. Organised by the Trade Promotion Council of India (TPCI), the event aims to showcase India’s growing leadership in global food trade by bringing together Indian food producers, international buyers, policymakers, industry leaders, and global institutions on a single platform. Recognised as Asia’s premier F&B trade show, the exhibition will be inaugurated by the Union Minister of Food Processing Industries, Mr. Chirag Paswan, reflecting the Government’s focus on strengthening the food processing ecosystem, enhancing export competitiveness, and expanding global market access. One of the key highlights will be the launch of the India–UAE Food Corridor by the Abu Dhabi Food Hub to improve food security, streamline supply chains, and accelerate bilateral food trade. The event is likely to attract participation from more than 120 countries, including thousands of verified global buyers and senior international trade delegations.
Besides these, Indusfood 2026 will also have dedicated business and logistics platforms, including a special ‘Bharat Mart’ session by DP World on export infrastructure, logistics integration, and policy dialogue to boost India’s export capabilities. The program will include the inaugural World Culinary Heritage Conference, where chefs, policymakers, and industry leaders come together and deliberate on culinary heritage and innovation. Skill development initiatives, such as a five-day residential program led by the India International Centre for Culinary Leadership (IICCL), will certify chefs as ‘Ambassadors of Indian Cuisine’. With such a strong focus on sustainability, innovation, and value-added food processing, Indusfood 2026 is being positioned as a catalyst for the next phase of India's global food trade expansion.
