Infosys, a global leader in next-generation digital services and consulting, announced that it signed a memorandum of understanding (MoU) with Aramco, one of the world's leading integrated energy and chemicals companies, to collaborate on accelerating their human resource (HR) technology.
Through the use of artificial intelligence (AI) technology, Infosys and Aramco hope to improve employee experience, scale the usage of automation tools, and provide new insights to HR data and analytics.
In order to improve the overall digital experience for employees and encourage greater engagement, Infosys also aims to integrate digital transformation practices and technologies into Aramco's HR platform. Additionally, Infosys hopes to use AI to reduce skill gaps and improve Aramco's staff learning and development opportunities.
The collaboration also intends to explore how AI-powered learning might optimise repetitive HR management duties by saving time and effort during training delivery. Insights from AI-powered research will be used to track ROI, support Aramco's algorithmic decision-making, and help the company recognise trends and locate effective recruitment channels.
