Infosys and Microsoft are cooperating to develop industry solutions that employ Infosys Topaz, Azure OpenAI Service, and Azure Cognitive Services. Both companies are combining their unique artificial intelligence (AI) skills in order to improve enterprise functions with AI-enabled solutions across numerous industries.
The integrated solutions are designed to accelerate the rapid democratisation of data and information, which will assist organisations in increasing efficiency and driving new revenue growth. Infosys stated that it is offering solutions in numerous application areas, including semantic search, document summarization, contact centre transformation, AI-augmented software development lifecycle, and marketing content creation. Generative AI (GenAI) has created new possibilities for AI applications.
Infosys Topaz is leveraging Microsoft Azure OpenAI Service and Azure Cognitive Services as part of the collaboration to help enterprise customers shift from digital to AI solutions.

Recently, Infosys also announced a collaboration with Nvidia of the United States to assist organisations in improving productivity using GenAI apps and solutions. Through this collaboration, the models, tools, runtimes, and GPU systems from the Nvidia AI Enterprise ecosystem will be integrated into Infosys Topaz. Additionally, Infosys announced plans to set up an Nvidia Centre of Excellence to train and certify 50,000 of its workers in Nvidia AI technology and offer GenAI knowledge to its network of clients in a variety of industries.
