Macrotech Developers recorded a 20% increase in sales bookings, reaching US$ 1.74 billion (Rs. 14,520 crore) in FY24, reflecting strong demand in the housing segment. Confident in sustained demand, CEO Mr. Abhishek Lodha anticipates delivering over 10,000 apartments in 2024-25, emphasizing the company's achievement of key targets amidst the buoyant market. Lodha remains optimistic about the housing sector's trajectory, citing India's potential 3 years upcycle driven by economic growth and shifting consumer preferences favouring homeownership.
