Maruti Suzuki India (MSI), the country's largest car manufacturer, announced on Wednesday that its service network has expanded to 4,000 outlets across the country, covering 1,989 towns and cities. The car manufacturer stated that despite the COVID-19 induced lockdowns and restrictions, the company added 208 new service workshops in 2020-21.
MSI Executive Director (Service), Mr. Partho Banerjee said, “Over the last three decades, we've built a strong trusted relationship with our customers. Our dedication to customer convenience and a customer-first strategy is demonstrated by the development of over 4,000 service touch-points.”
He further stated that to meet the diverse needs of customers, the organization has introduced many technologies such as the quick response team, service on wheels, etc.
