Maruti Suzuki's exports hit record high of 238,376 units in FY22

Maruti Suzuki India’s, overseas shipments hit a new high for the FY22 its local arm exporting a total of 238,376 vehicles. In March 2022, the firm exported 26,496 units, the greatest monthly export total ever. Maruti Suzuki has been exporting vehicles since 1986, with a total of over 2,250,000 units exported. Maruti Suzuki automobiles are exported to over 100 countries from India. The major export destinations were Latin America, ASEAN, Africa, and the Middle East. Baleno, Dzire, Swift, S-Presso, and Brezza were the top five export models for the year.
According to the company, this illustrates Maruti Suzuki's dedication to the government's "Make-in-India" effort. These export figures indicate India's industrial potential as well as global acceptability of Indian-made vehicles.
