MY Bharat Crosses Landmark Milestone of 3 Crore + Registered Youth in less than 3 Years

Mera Yuva Bharat (MY Bharat), the national youth engagement platform of the Department of Youth Affairs, Ministry of Youth Affairs and Sports, has crossed 3 crore registered youth in less than three years, marking a significant expansion of India’s youth engagement ecosystem. Launched by Mr. Narendra Modi, Prime Minister of India, on October 31, 2023, MY Bharat provides young Indians with opportunities for experiential learning, volunteering, leadership, civic engagement and youth-led initiatives. The platform crossed 2 crore registrations in October 2025 and reached more than 2.46 crore registered youth by August 2026. As of August 2026, more than 1.22 lakh youth had enrolled in nearly 25,000 Experiential Learning Programmes, enabling practical exposure beyond conventional classroom settings. MY Bharat has also expanded its digital capabilities through an AI-enabled CV Builder and wider grassroots access, strengthening its role as a common digital gateway for youth-focused opportunities.

A key initiative on the platform is the Viksit Bharat Young Leaders Dialogue 2027, which provides multiple avenues for young Indians to showcase their ideas, creativity, leadership and innovation towards the vision of Viksit Bharat@2047. The initiative includes the Viksit Bharat Quiz, Essay Challenge, District Championships and State/UT-level stages, culminating in the National Viksit Bharat Young Leaders Dialogue in New Delhi from January 10–12, 2027. Additional tracks include Cultural Track, Design for Bharat, Hack for Social Cause, Youth Entrepreneurs Challenge and Youth Parliament. MY Bharat also hosts initiatives such as Nasha Mukt Yuva for Viksit Bharat, Viksit Vibrant Village Programme, Viksit Bharat Youth Parliament, Viksit Bharat Padyatra, Viksit Bharat Yuva Connect and Khelo India Dialogue. The 3 crore milestone highlights the expanding scale of a technology-enabled platform supporting youth participation, leadership development, volunteering and community engagement while strengthening youth-led contributions towards India’s development journey.
