'New India' scaling new dimensions, leaving its mark: PM Modi

Prime Minister Mr. Narendra Modi said that "New India" is reaching new heights and leaving its mark on the whole world. He stated that the Corona outbreak is the most famous example of “New India”. People with an old mindset expressed fears about India at the start of the epidemic. People are now pointing to India as an example of how to handle a pandemic.

He also said that India has become one of the world’s largest vaccine manufacturers and ‘Made in India’ vaccines were used for 99% of the vaccinations. He noted that India has emerged as one of the world's largest start-up ecosystems and the number of unicorns are steadily rising. This increasing stature and credibility of India give our diaspora the greatest sense of joy and pride.
