PFC signs MoU with Ministry of Power for FY 2022-23

Power Finance Corporation Limited signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with the Ministry of Power on 6th December 2022 between the signatories Mr. Ravinder Singh Dhillon, CMD, Power Finance Corporation and Mr. Alok Kumar, Secretary, Ministry of Power.

Power Finance Corporation plans to set one of the largest funding agencies in the Renewables space, witnessing a strategic change in its loan portfolio and getting its Memorandum of Association (MoA) changed to fund the infrastructure and logistics space as well. It has been a key partner of Government of India in implementing several schemes Revamped Distribution Sector Scheme (RDSS), Liquidity Infusion Scheme under Atmanirbhar Bharat, etc and has been one of the highest dividends paying companies.
