The Project will make a big part of Uttarakhand accessible and will push investment, industry, and employment.

Further, the Prime Minister observed that Uttarakhand is developing into a centre for tourism, adventure tourism, filming locations, and wedding destinations with the help of the Central Government. He claimed that the Vande Bharat Express will be extremely helpful to the state's tourist destinations, which draw tourists from all over the world.
