The launch of Vikram-I, developed by Skyroot Aerospace, alongside the inauguration of the company's Infinity Campus in Hyderabad, marks another important step in strengthening India's commercial space capabilities. The state-of-the-art facility is designed to support the complete lifecycle of launch vehicle development, from design and integration to testing and manufacturing, enhancing the country's indigenous launch capacity. The milestone reflects the positive impact of India's space sector reforms, which have encouraged the growth of more than 300 space startups and accelerated private investment in advanced technologies.
