Prime Minister Mr. Narendra Modi inaugurated and laid the foundation stone for over 30 development projects worth US$ 6.75 billion (Rs 56,000 crore) in Adilabad, Telangana, covering areas like electricity, environment, and roadways. The event, attended by the Governor of Telangana, Dr. Tamilisai Soundararajan, and Chief Minister of Telangana, Mr. Revantha Reddy, marked the commencement of projects crucial for Telangana's progress, including the construction of two new national highways in Adilabad, Bela, and Mulugu. He emphasized the significance of these initiatives in fostering development across the state and addressing corruption and nepotism allegations against the opposition coalition. He reiterated his unwavering commitment to India's vast population, asserting that his life is an open book dedicated to serving the nation's 140 crore citizens.
Addressing concerns about his workload, he acknowledged the support from citizens and reaffirmed his dedication to fulfilling their aspirations. He highlighted the government's developmental initiatives, including the Viksit Bharat Action Plan, to foster inclusive growth. He defended the projects against criticism, asserting they contribute to building an Atmanirbhar Bharat. Recently, he dedicated the 660 MW (Unit-2) of the North Karanpura Super Thermal Power Project in Chatra, Jharkhand, showcasing the government's commitment to sustainable development.
