Reliance Industries India's best employer, in top 20 worldwide: Forbes

According to Forbes' World's Finest Employers rankings 2022, Reliance Industries, the nation's largest corporation by revenues, profits, and market value, is India's best employer and the 20th best company to work for globally.
Global leader Samsung Electronics was followed by US heavyweights Microsoft, IBM, Alphabet, and Apple in the rankings.
US corporations are ranked from second to twelve, with German carmaker BMW Group coming in at number thirteen. The list's top two retailers are French powerhouse Decathlon at number 15 and the largest online retailer in the world, Amazon, at number 14.
The highest ranked Indian company is the 230,000-employee oil, telecom, and retail behemoth Reliance, which is placed 20th overall. It is ranked above Saudi Aramco, Japanese auto titans Honda and Yamaha, US beverage manufacturer Coca-Cola, and German automaker Mercedes-Benz.
The evaluation of businesses took into account factors including reputation, economic impact, talent development, gender equality, and social responsibility.
