Samsung Electronics Co., Ltd. has strengthened its enterprise business expansion in India with the launch of an Artificial Intelligence (AI) powered Business Experience Studio (BES) in Gurugram, aimed at showcasing integrated digital transformation solutions for enterprises across sectors. The new studio demonstrates AI-enabled ecosystems and connected technologies designed for industries such as retail, banking and financial services, healthcare, hospitality and education. The facility enables enterprises to experience real-world applications of Samsung’s enterprise solutions, including smart displays, mobility devices, AI platforms and Knox security systems. According to the company, the initiative aligns with India’s accelerating digital transformation and increasing enterprise adoption of AI-driven technologies.
