Tata Consultancy Services (TCS) has cultivated one of the world's largest AI-ready workforces, with 300,000 employees trained in foundational AI skills, thanks to its culture of engineering and commitment to learning. CEO, Mr. K Krithivasan, praised employees for their efforts, highlighting TCS's robust engagement in over 200 GenAI projects and discussions with 11,000 clients at various events.

In its fourth quarter FY24 results briefing, TCS reported a doubled AI and GenAI deal pipeline to US$ 900 million. He outlined future initiatives, including the recent TCS Blitz in Abu Dhabi, to rejuvenate strengths and explore new business avenues. He also acknowledged the retirement of COO, Mr. N G Subramaniam, emphasizing his role in improving TCS's client-centric culture. He concluded by expressing confidence in TCS's performance and readiness for future growth opportunities.
