According to Redseer Strategy Consultants, India's B2B e-commerce market, led by players like Udaan and Jiomart, is expected to reach US$ 90-100 billion in gross merchandise value (GMV) by 2030. Comparing developed countries like the US and the UK, India has the greatest share in general trade at 84%.

"While manufacturers have limited competitive threat, the eB2B channel is also helping retailers and brands solve multiple problems in their day-to-day business," said Mr. Mrigank Gutgutia, Partner at Redseer.

According to the report, eB2B has already successfully cornered a sizable portion of the offline market's wallet share, and retailers are sure that their spending will rise shortly. According to the survey, over 50% of non-users are prepared to switch to eB2B platforms in the coming year.
