Union Home Minister and Minister of Cooperation, Mr. Amit Shah, inaugurates various development works worth US$ 235 million (Rs. 1,950 crore) of Ahmedabad Municipal Corporation (AMC) in Ahmedabad, Gujarat today

Union Home Minister and Minister of Cooperation, Mr. Amit Shah, inaugurated several development projects by the Ahmedabad Municipal Corporation (AMC) in Ahmedabad, Gujarat, with a total worth of US$ 235 million (Rs. 1,950 crore). During his address, Mr. Amit Shah highlighted the enduring commitment to development initiated by Prime Minister, Mr.  Narendra Modi since 2001, emphasizing a people-centric and comprehensive approach extended nationally from Gujarat. He underlined the ongoing development journey, citing Prime Minister, Mr. Narendra Modi's significant accomplishment of providing 1.25 lakh houses to the underprivileged in Gujarat, enabling them to own and reside in their homes.

Mr. Shah praised the Gujarat development model, conceptualized by Prime Minister, Mr.  Narendra Modi, and emphasized its pivotal role in securing the nation's leadership. Acknowledging the transformative vision, Shri Shah noted the substantial changes across various domains under Prime Minister, Mr.  Narendra Modi's leadership in the past decade, instilling confidence in 140 crore citizens that India will lead globally in all aspects by 2047. He cited instances such as the recent consecration of the Ram Lala idol in the Shri Ram temple in Ayodhya, fulfilling a centuries-old aspiration. He credited Prime Minister, Mr.  Narendra Modi for providing momentum and direction to numerous transformative initiatives. Mr. Shah highlighted that the initial five years of Prime Minister, Mr.  Narendra Modi's government were dedicated to addressing previous shortcomings, followed by five years of foundation laying, and currently, under the third term as Prime Minister, Mr.  Narendra Modi, significant progress is being made on that established foundation.
