Each company will be given 15 minutes ONLY for the presentation. Presentation will need to cover the creative strategy to run an Online Campaign for IBEF within a media buying annual budget of INR 50 lacs. Update May 01, 2018 The proposals will be opened on May 04, 2018 at 11.30 AM at IBEF office. Participating agencies are invited to be present. Please note that only submitted envelopes containing technical and financial proposal will be opened. No evaluation of any technical or financial proposal will take place on May 04, 2018. Update: February 7, 2018 The sub-points mentioned below from the RFP have been changed to the following after the pre-bid meeting: 1.2.3 The production house/agency should have minimum turnover of Rs. 2.00 crores each in past three financial years in the relevant field.
