3. Infinity Advertising Services Pvt Ltd- is ineligible on the ground that the Original CA certificate has not been submitted as per Annexure D.

4. Goldmine Advertising Ltd- is ineligible on the ground that the Original CA certificate has not been submitted as per Annexure D.

5. Vivid India Advertising & Marketing: The firm is ineligible on the ground that the firm is a proprietorship as on date and the eligibility document of Bank Certificate specifying the date of opening bank account of proprietorship has not enclosed (Annexure B).

 

Top 10 Agencies who have scored highest marks in the evaluation of Technical Proposal are eligible for empanelment with IBEF. The agencies listed below are empaneled with IBEF, as per the pre-defined terms and conditions stipulated in RFP No. B&C202001007.

RFP No. B&C202001007: RFP for Empanelment of Multi-Media Agencies by India Brand Equity Foundation (IBEF) will be opened at 10.30 am on 20th June 2020. All the agencies/bidders are invited to attend the proceedings. Attendance is not mandatory.

Please note both the proposals Eligibility and Technical will be opened on the same day.

6)   OPENING OF PROPOSALS AND SELECTION PROCESS

c) Revised: The participating agencies will be able to attend the evaluation process in person. The attendance shall not be mandatory but agencies are free to attend the evaluation process. The evaluation will progress for 3-4 hours and thus cannot be done over video-conferencing.

Clarifications against the RFP No. B&C202001007

Point No. 6)   OPENING OF PROPOSALS AND SELECTION PROCESS

e)    The Technical Proposals, will carry a weightage of 100 marks and be evaluated by a Committee, on the basis of the following criteria:

1.    Print Advertisements; Quantity -10

The quantity of Sample Creative Material 6) e) iii) 1. Print Advertisements: Quantity is 5 (not 10). Rest all details are not changed.

 

Point No. 6)   OPENING OF PROPOSALS AND SELECTION PROCESS

The agencies will have to strictly adhere to the process of submission as described in Point no. 5). The creative samples described in 6) e) i) Creative Strategy, ii) Media Strategy, iii) Sample Creative Material, part of Technical Proposal can be submitted in hardcopy or softcopy in Pen Drives. The mandatory submission of only this part in hardcopy is waived off in the light of COVID 19 crisis. The Softcopy and Pen Drives should be functional at the time of opening of Proposal if the material inside the Pendrives is found to be corrupted/missing the agencies will be held responsible for the same. Such defective creative samples shall result in the rejection of bids/disqualification in Technical Proposal.

 

Annexure A & D: The Annexures will have to be modified in the light of the change of the year. The year 2018-19 & 2019-20 will have to be modified with 2017-18 & 2018-19.

 

Point No. 6:  OPENING OF PROPOSALS AND SELECTION PROCESS
The minimum score for empanelment has been revised in point 6) f).

Revised 6) f)    Selection of the agency will be based on obtaining the highest technical score out of 100. The basic technical score for empanelment will be 60 marks. Up to a maximum of 10 agencies will be Empaneled with IBEF on the basis of obtaining the highest technical scores as defined in point e) above.
