Update, 21 Jan 2019:

Kindly note that according to the Republic Day security guidelines issued by Delhi Police, Jawahar Vyapar Bhawan (IBEF office building) will remain sealed till 1 pm on 23 Jan 2019, hence the Financial bids of only technically qualified bidders will be opened in presence of participating bidders on Jan 23, 2019 at 1.30 pm (instead of 12.30 pm) at IBEF office.

Update, 21 Jan 2019:

After the bid opening on Jan 4th 2019, out of 16 participating bidders technical bids of 15 eligible bidders have been evaluated by the technical evaluation committee exactly as per the evaluation criteria given in the RFP document. Out of 15 eligible participating bidders, following bidders have technically been qualified:

Financial Bid Opening:

As per the evaluation criteria mentioned in the RFP document, above mentioned, technically qualified bidders are invited for Financial Bid opening on Jan 23, 2019 (Wednesday), 12:30 pm at IBEF office.

Financial bids of ONLY technically qualified bidders will be opened in presence of participating bidders on Jan 23, 2019 at 12.30 pm at IBEF office.

Update: 04 Jan 2019

Bids were opened on Jan 04, 2019 at 12 noon, in presence of the representatives of three companies (attendance sheet attached). As the financial bid submitted by SOCIALIGHT was found to be not-sealed, Socialight has been disqualified and will not be considered for the evaluation process.

Update: 02 Jan 2019

The proposals submitted by the companies in response to the ‘RFP for SEO of IBEF website’, will be opened on 04 Jan 2019 (Friday), 12:00 noon at IBEF office. Participating bidder are requested to attend the bids opening.

Kindly note that only envelopes will be opened to check whether the bids have been submitted according to the submission guidelines or not. No evaluation will be done on 04 Jan 2019.
