Prime Minister Mr. Narendra Modi's inauguration of the 18th Pravasi Bharatiya Divas highlighted India’s growth, global rise, and technological advancements, urging the diaspora to strengthen India's global presence and heritage further as the nation aims to become developed by 2047. 

The Commerce Ministry has tasked Indian missions in 20 key countries to identify export opportunities for six priority sectors, aiming to boost trade with focus markets that account for a major share of India’s exports despite recent fluctuations.
